Muthiya


Ingredients

1 katori suji
1 katori besan
1small cabbage
Oil....4table spoon
Ginger and chilli paste
Little sugar (optional)
Haldi (Turmeric)
Salt to taste...

Method 

First take a suji...in a big bowl...half cup hot water...with little salt.. boiling hot..Mix it well and keep it covered for few mins.
Then cut the cabbage..very thin...mix with besan and suji....put all the masala... little garam masala....and lemon juice..make a dough...then roll it....to give muthiya shape..... steam it...
Let in cool and cut into pieces.After that u can make a tempering with rai...kadiptta...hing...and add all the muthiya pieces.
