Ingredients

4 mutton chops
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon hung curd
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 dash turmeric
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon black cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
2 teaspoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt as required

To make these delicious Mutton Burra kebabs you first need to wash the mutton chops thoroughly and keep aside. Now powder the black pepper and cardamom and keep them separately. Now in a bowl add hung curd with ginger garlic paste , garam masala, turmeric, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, mustard oil, lemon juice and salt according to your taste , mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.

Next, take the mutton chops and marinate them using the mixture that we prepared. Use your hands so that the chops are covered in the marinate entirely.

Let the marinated chops rest in the fridge for at least 5 hours to ensure that all the flavours seep inside the mutton chops. Ideally you can leave them overnight.

After 5 hours, take out the chops from the fridge and keep aside. Grease the baking tray first and then prehet the oven. Once the oven is preheated, place the mutton chops on the baking tray and bake it for 15 mins. Keep turning sides so that they are cooked properly.

When the chops are cooked take them out on a plate and serve them hot with onion rings, lemon wedge and coriander. Your Mutton Burra kebabs are ready to be relished.
